5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A promotion code cannot be used more than once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device.
• Bonus funds may be used to play games, but cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• kb88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

5.4 VIP Program

The kb88 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on kb88 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness and transparency. Decisions on game outcomes are final and cannot be changed — except in cases of technical error.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server error, network issue, or any other technical reason, that round may be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded. However, the results of games completed under normal conditions are final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the available markets, odds, and rules will be displayed within the game interface. Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. In the event of a dispute over a match result, the official result from the relevant international sports authority will be considered final.

6.4 Service Outages

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. kb88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of such interruptions. kb88 is not liable for losses resulting from service outages.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kb88 platform. If any of these occur, the account will be terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple identities to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party.
